TarotSync is for entertainment purposes only. Readings are interpretive in nature and should not replace professional advice for medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters. Decisions about your life should be made with the input of qualified professionals where appropriate.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to deliver the service. This includes standard server logs (IP address) for security and rate limiting, and the 3-digit code you enter at the start of a reading, which is used to personalize the reading experience.

We do not require accounts. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not sell or share data with third parties. If you make a purchase, your email address and Stripe payment data are processed by Stripe and stored only as needed to deliver your access code and provide receipt history.

Readings older than one year are automatically removed from our system.

How Codes Work

When you purchase a reading or pack, you receive a 6-character access code. The code is shown on screen after payment and emailed to the address you provide at checkout. Save this code. Without it, you may need to repurchase.

Forgot your code? You can recover all codes associated with your purchase email at any time. Click the Enter Code link in the footer, then click Forgot your code? inside that window.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are typically granted in good faith.

To request a refund, click the Support link in the footer of any page. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Terms of Use

By using TarotSync, you agree to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated access, scraping, brute-force code attempts, or any attempt to bypass paywalls is prohibited and will result in IP blocking.

Access codes are non-transferable in spirit (we do not enforce this technically), and sharing pack codes will deplete your remaining unlocks. We are not responsible for codes shared outside of your control.

TarotSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify the service, pricing, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date below.
